Boldt recognizes employees who have been with the company 25 years as Boldt Builders. In honor of this milestone, they wanted to share Nick’s story as a second generation Boldt Employee. Nick’s father reached his 45th anniversary with the company around this same time.

The Problem.

Showcase Nick’s story and personal connection to Boldt to celebrate his milestone and engage other employees.

Interview Nick and his father to guide the story and enhance it with day-in-the-life imagery.

The Solution.

The video showcased Nick’s passion for Boldt’s work and illustrated Boldt’s brand and values.
